No Hurt Resistant Time

This mod removes Hurt Resistant Time(The 0.5 second damage resistance after a mob is hit) from (non player)mobs from most sources of damage.
This mod allows the user to configure Hurt Resistant Time(The 0.5 second damage resistance after a mob is hit), although the configuration is limited.
The mod has a configuration file, which allows you to configure the following:
- Custom Hurt Resistant Time
- Whether the custom hurt resistant time applies to damage/tick damage sources(Cactus, Void, Lava, Suffocation(from blocks), Standing in fire.)
- Whether the custom hurt resistant time applies to players
