No Enderman in the dragon fight

This is a simple mod that removes enderman when you are fighting the ender dragon

This mod removes enderman from the ender dragon fight so there can be no annyoing distractions.

Endermen will spawn again once the ender dragon is defeated so you can get ender pearls for traveling the end
