This mod removes the 1.9 and above combat feature. The combat feature is a feature added by 1.9 and above that adds a cooldown when you attack, and has a little indicator on your crosshair and you have to wait for it to recharge to attack again. If you try to spam attacking it would do no damage and not help you kill mobs etc.
