Initial 26.1 port. Built against 26.1, but apparently also compatible with 26.1.1 and 26.1.2.

Still uses manually synced chunk attachments, so any bugs or performance loss introduced by that will persist. However, I'll probably revert in the next LTS version.

Since Neo is unlikely to backport fixes from 26.1.2, That'll probably be it. The other LTS version is 1.21.1 - these will be maintained in parallel. Other versions will probably only receive support if there are a lot of requests or someone submits a PR.
