The first, and probably last, release for 1.21.2. However, you should feel free to submit PRs.

This is a (lightly tested) direct port of the corresponding version targeting 1.21.1. It is built against the latest Neo version for 1.21.2... which is a beta that apparently hasn't been updated in several years. This means I had to replicate some attachment logic (there might be a few extra packets flying around), and the light manager is apparently a bit rough/WIP in this version.
