 - Config screen now adapts to resolution and GUI scale — panel anchors to the top of the screen and bottom buttons always
  stay fixed at the bottom
  - Stats list is now a scrollable section — mouse wheel to scroll, scrollbar appears when there are more stats than fit on
  screen
  - "+ Add Stat" button sits below the scroll area and is unaffected by scrolling
  - Number of visible stat rows scales with available screen height, so no content is ever pushed off screen
