Nichola's Tinker Tweaks is a branch of mod Tinker's Construct Addon: Tool Leveling with Random Modifiers and aims to port Iguanas Tinker Tweaks to minecraft 1.12.2.
This mod added:
Changes from TTL and TLwRM:
LevelUp will give random modifiers when tool reaches specific level. (Default: 1~5)
LevelUp will give a free modifier slot when tool reaches specific level. (Default: 1, 3, 5)
New Features:
1.Harvest Level boost:
Pickaxe and hammer will gain an additional experience bar called "Mining Level", when reached, will increase tool's mining level by 1(Max: 9).
You can also give them a mob head to boost mining level instantly, higher mining level requires harder mob's head.(Single Use).
2.Mobheads
This mod adds four mob heads
Zombie Pigman head;
Enderman head;
Blaze head;
Blizz head(Required ThermalFoundation mod).
Drops from corresponding mob.
3.Restriction
You can't use most of vanilla tool, such as bow, sword, shovel and hoe. (Configurable)
Some material can only make specific parts, such as wood, flint.(Configurable)
Stone Parts cannot use to craft tools, casting only.(Configurable)
Stone Torches and EFLN nolonger craftable.(Configurable)
4.New Mining Levels

(4): redstone
(5): obsidian
(6): ardite
(7): cobalt
(8): manyullyn
(9): manyullyn+
5.Trainer-Dummy
Now dummy can levelup your tools... probably ?
