Performance:
- Multithreaded sky generation to be ~6x faster on some machines.
Fixes:
- Fixed a crash with ReplayMod (KosmX)
- Changed sky seed to use Hashed Seed instead, to fix a bunch of consistency issues with servers. (KosmX)
- Fixed the settings generating the sky when not needed
