Description

NicelightCraft UI is a user-interface customization mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1. It replaces the default main menu and world loading screen while providing a built-in editor that allows players to reposition buttons, change backgrounds, and use custom images, animated GIFs, or videos.

This mod operates entirely on the client side and does not need to be installed on the server.

Main Features

1. Custom Main Menu

Replaces the default Minecraft main menu with the NicelightCraft interface, including the following buttons:

• Singleplayer.

• Multiplayer.

• Mods.

• Realms.

• Options.

• Quit Game.

2. Built-in Interface Editor

Click the circular gear icon on the main menu to open the Interface Customization panel.

The editor allows users to:

• Move the entire button group.

• Move individual buttons.

• Disable movement mode to prevent accidental dragging.

• Reset the interface to its default layout.

• Automatically save button positions and settings.

3. Custom Backgrounds

The mod provides four background modes:

• Default.

• Purple.

• Dark.

• Custom.

Users can select separate custom backgrounds for:

• The main menu.

• The world loading screen.

4. Image, GIF, and Video Support

Supported file formats include:

• PNG.

• JPG/JPEG.

• Animated GIF.

• MP4.

Selected files are copied into:

config/nicelightcraft_ui

After a file has been successfully applied, the mod no longer depends on its original location.

5. Adjustable Animation FPS

Users can select the playback frame rate for animated backgrounds:

• 15 FPS.

• 24 FPS.

• 30 FPS.

• 45 FPS.

• 60 FPS.

Higher frame rates provide smoother animation but may use more CPU, RAM, and VRAM.

6. Three Button Visibility Modes

The entire menu or each individual button can use one of the following states:

• Visible: The button is displayed and works normally.

• Hidden: The button is not displayed and cannot be used.

• Hidden but Functional: The button is invisible, but its clickable area remains active.

The Hidden but Functional mode is useful when users design their own interface directly into the background image while keeping Minecraft’s original button functions.

7. English and Vietnamese Support

The interface language automatically follows the language selected in Minecraft:

• Vietnamese Minecraft language: Vietnamese interface.

• English Minecraft language: English interface.

8. Automatic Configuration Saving

The mod automatically saves the following settings inside the config directory:

• Menu position.

• Individual button positions.

• Button visibility states.

• Background mode.

• Animated background FPS.

• Selected images, GIFs, and videos.

All settings are preserved after closing and restarting the game.

Installation Instructions

1. Install Minecraft Java 1.20.1 with Forge 47 or later.

2. Place the NicelightCraft UI .jar file inside the mods folder.

3. Restart Minecraft.

4. The custom interface will automatically appear on the main menu.

This mod only needs to be installed on the player’s client. It does not need to be installed on a Forge server.

How to Use

1. Launch Minecraft and open the main menu.

2. Click the gear icon to open the customization panel.

3. Select a movement mode:

   • Disabled.

   • Move multiple buttons.

   • Move one button.

4. Hold the left mouse button and drag a button or the entire button group.

5. Select the background option to switch between Default, Purple, Dark, and Custom.

6. Choose an image or video for the main menu and loading screen.

7. Select a suitable FPS value for GIF or MP4 backgrounds.

8. Set each button to Visible, Hidden, or Hidden but Functional.

9. Click Close to exit the customization panel.

All changes are saved automatically. No commands or manual configuration file editing are required.

Usage Recommendations

• Use images with the same aspect ratio as your screen to reduce unwanted cropping.

• Use short GIF or MP4 files with a reasonable file size.

• Lower-end computers should use 15 or 24 FPS.

• Avoid extremely high-resolution videos because they may increase loading time and memory usage.

• Back up the config/nicelightcraft_ui folder before updating or making major changes.

• Use the Reset to Default option if buttons are moved outside the visible screen area or the interface becomes unusable.

MP4 Playback Notes

The mod prioritizes FFmpeg when it is available on the system. On Windows, it may also use Windows video-processing components and PowerShell as fallback methods.

MP4 playback may depend on:

• Operating system compatibility.

• Video codec.

• FFmpeg version.

• PowerShell execution permissions.

• Antivirus or security software.

• Computer hardware specifications.

When MP4 playback does not work correctly, convert the video to GIF or use a PNG/JPG image instead.

Các chức năng chính

1. Giao diện menu tùy chỉnh

Thay thế giao diện menu Minecraft mặc định bằng giao diện NicelightCraft với các nút:

• Chơi đơn.

• Chơi mạng.

• Mods.

• Realms.

• Tùy chọn.

• Thoát game.

2. Trình chỉnh sửa giao diện

Nhấn vào biểu tượng bánh răng hình tròn trên menu chính để mở bảng Tùy chỉnh giao diện.

Trình chỉnh sửa cho phép:

• Di chuyển toàn bộ cụm nút.

• Di chuyển riêng từng nút.

• Tắt chế độ di chuyển để tránh kéo nhầm.

• Đưa toàn bộ giao diện về mặc định.

• Tự động lưu vị trí và thiết lập sau khi chỉnh sửa.

3. Tùy chỉnh hình nền

Có bốn chế độ hình nền:

• Gốc.

• Tím.

• Tối.

• Tùy chọn.

Người dùng có thể chọn hình nền riêng cho:

• Menu chính.

• Màn hình tải thế giới.

4. Hỗ trợ ảnh, GIF và video

Các định dạng được hỗ trợ:

• PNG.

• JPG/JPEG.

• GIF động.

• MP4.

Ảnh hoặc video được chọn sẽ được sao chép vào thư mục:

config/nicelightcraft_ui

Mod không phụ thuộc vào vị trí ban đầu của tệp sau khi đã áp dụng thành công.

5. Điều chỉnh FPS nền động

Người dùng có thể lựa chọn tốc độ phát nền động:

• 15 FPS.

• 24 FPS.

• 45 FPS.

• 60 FPS.

FPS càng cao thì chuyển động càng mượt nhưng sẽ sử dụng nhiều CPU, RAM và VRAM hơn.

6. Ba trạng thái hiển thị nút

Toàn bộ menu hoặc từng nút có thể được đặt thành:

• Hiện: Nút được hiển thị và sử dụng bình thường.

• Ẩn: Nút không hiển thị và không thể sử dụng.

• Ẩn giữ chức năng: Nút không hiển thị nhưng vùng bấm vẫn hoạt động.

Chế độ Ẩn giữ chức năng phù hợp khi người dùng muốn thiết kế giao diện bằng hình nền riêng nhưng vẫn giữ các vùng bấm chức năng.

7. Hỗ trợ tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh

Ngôn ngữ giao diện tự động thay đổi theo ngôn ngữ đang được chọn trong Minecraft:

• Minecraft tiếng Việt: hiển thị tiếng Việt.

• Minecraft tiếng Anh: hiển thị tiếng Anh.

8. Lưu cấu hình tự động

Các thiết lập được lưu trong thư mục config, bao gồm:

• Vị trí menu.

• Vị trí từng nút.

• Trạng thái hiển thị nút.

• Chế độ hình nền.

• FPS nền động.

• Ảnh, GIF hoặc video đã chọn.

Thiết lập vẫn được giữ lại sau khi tắt và mở lại game.

Cách cài đặt

1. Cài Minecraft Java 1.20.1 và Forge 47 trở lên.

2. Chép file .jar của NicelightCraft UI vào thư mục mods.

3. Khởi động lại Minecraft.

4. Mod sẽ tự động hoạt động tại menu chính.

Mod này chỉ cần cài trên máy người chơi. Không cần cài vào thư mục mod của máy chủ Forge.

Cách sử dụng

1. Mở Minecraft và vào menu chính.

2. Nhấn biểu tượng bánh răng để mở bảng tùy chỉnh.

3. Chọn chế độ kéo:

   • Tắt.

   • Kéo nhiều nút.

   • Kéo một nút.

4. Giữ chuột trái để di chuyển nút hoặc cả cụm nút.

5. Nhấn mục hình nền để chuyển giữa Gốc, Tím, Tối và Tùy chọn.

6. Chọn ảnh hoặc video cho menu và màn hình tải.

7. Chọn FPS phù hợp cho GIF hoặc MP4.

8. Thiết lập trạng thái Hiện, Ẩn hoặc Ẩn giữ chức năng cho từng nút.

9. Nhấn Đóng để thoát bảng chỉnh sửa.

Các thay đổi được lưu tự động. Không cần dùng lệnh hoặc chỉnh sửa file cấu hình thủ công.

Khuyến nghị sử dụng

• Nên dùng ảnh có cùng tỷ lệ với màn hình để hạn chế bị cắt hình.

• Nên dùng GIF hoặc MP4 ngắn, dung lượng vừa phải.

• Máy cấu hình thấp nên chọn 15 hoặc 24 FPS.

• Không nên dùng video độ phân giải quá cao vì có thể làm tăng thời gian xử lý và mức sử dụng bộ nhớ.

• Nên sao lưu thư mục config/nicelightcraft_ui trước khi thay đổi hoặc cập nhật mod.

• Có thể dùng chức năng Đặt lại mặc định nếu giao diện bị kéo ra ngoài màn hình hoặc thiết lập sai.

Lưu ý về MP4

Mod ưu tiên sử dụng FFmpeg nếu hệ thống đã cài đặt. Trên Windows, mod có thể sử dụng bộ xử lý video của Windows và PowerShell làm phương án thay thế.

Khả năng phát MP4 có thể phụ thuộc vào:

• Hệ điều hành.

• Codec video.

• Phiên bản FFmpeg.

• Quyền chạy PowerShell.

• Phần mềm bảo mật hoặc antivirus.

• Cấu hình phần cứng của máy.

Khi MP4 không hoạt động ổn định, nên chuyển video thành GIF hoặc sử dụng ảnh PNG/JPG.

Miễn trừ trách nhiệm

NicelightCraft UI được cung cấp dưới dạng hiện trạng và không đi kèm cam kết tuyệt đối rằng mod sẽ hoạt động trên mọi máy, mọi modpack hoặc mọi cấu hình Minecraft.

• Lỗi codec, FFmpeg, PowerShell, trình chọn tệp hoặc thành phần hệ điều hành.

• Thiệt hại dữ liệu, gián đoạn trò chơi hoặc các hậu quả gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng mod.

• Nội dung, bản quyền hoặc quyền sử dụng của ảnh, GIF và video do người dùng tự lựa chọn.

Người dùng có trách nhiệm:

• Sao lưu dữ liệu trước khi cài đặt hoặc cập nhật.

• Chỉ sử dụng hình ảnh và video mà mình có quyền sử dụng.

• Kiểm tra tính tương thích trước khi đưa mod vào modpack chính thức.
