・Add key binding to reload configs(ignoreContents.txt/ignoreUUID.txt).

・In previous version, the mod load config file every new message, so It not only be late but also may cause memory leak.

・To reload config, First edit config text files and save. after that, back to game and press key. Now your filters are refreshed!

・Default key to reload is set on N.

・if you want, you can set to other key which you like.
