New nexus mob- The Nexus Tumbler
-Rolls around and floats in idle
-grants advancment when killed
-has custom anims
-drops the nexus shell item (no uses yet will come in future versions
-only spawns in nexus wastes (the nexus demension biome, not even the overworld nexus leaks)
-is a hostile mob
-you get a advancement for killing it
