- updated pillager resource point structure
- new structure - piglin ruin (in nether)
- fixed sword bug - sweeping attack not working
- added 3 new foods - 2 nether dishes and magmato peppers (found in nether, also are farmable - like berry bushes)
- added boss health boost item - increases health up to 20 hearts, drops from wither and ender dragon
- medical items dependent on health ammount now scale with ammount of health you have
