Added in IE Mixer recipies for Vanilla Crafted Foods (Cake, PPie, Cookies, Bread, MStew,RStew,BeetrootStew)

Created "Bowl Of" items for Cake, PPie, Cookies, and Bread

Created 7 Unique Fluids for the added food recipes.

Block Textures for the Fluids do not work(ex:Placed in world), however JEI recipes and fluids in EIO tanks look fine.
