Adds a potion effect that saves you from instakills

Last Stand Potion is a difficult to obtain potion that will stop death from damage that exceeds your max health in a single hit.

Features: Last Stand Potion that supports all potion item types, Condensed and Infused Enchanted Golden Apples, and the Null Block. (A block with funky properties)
