The "Luge" Block must be acquired in creative, but when you got it, say byebye! Place it on Netherrack in the Nether, pretty easy, then watch it grow.
The Falsh is a "Growth" corrupting the entire nether by growing over Netherrack and basalt.
It literally is different every Time, as it generates plants and others itself by growing! It even erodes, which adds more details too!
Please be aware, this is still beta and it can easily crash Computers.
