What's new
- Upgrade Card Whitelist/Blacklist: Added a configurable list to restrict which AE2 upgrade cards are allowed to be placed into the Network Tool; an empty list means all are allowed, and the blacklist takes priority.
- Terminal Interception Bypass: Shift+clicking upgrade cards in ME terminals is no longer intercepted, restoring the default behavior of sending them directly into the ME network
