Implemented a new, cleaner way of fixing Nether Portals - it should be compatible with Sponge now and hopefully no longer throw you into random lava.

 

Marked as beta for now until it's been tested some more. Let me know if it keeps dropping you in Lava or doesn't work correctly in all cases anymore.
