What's new

1. Added config to disable 1.14 textures
2. Added Soul Speed enchantment (For now don't working, will be fixed in future)

6. Added Music Disc - Pigstep (Can be generated in loot chests)

8. Netherite Items can be repaired in anvil by Netherite ingots
9. Added Items to OreDictionary: Ingot, Blackstone (same as cobblestone in workbench), Warped and Crimson planks (same as classic planks in workbench)
10. Removed Blackstone generation from gravel (Now Blackstone replaces only netherrack)
11. Can run on Soul Soil with dressed Netherite Boots
