Netherite Shears and Flint and Steel

Making sheep farm or automatic portal lighter has never been fully automatic because the shears and flint and steels will eventually break.Which is really annoying.

Make shears and flint and steel out of netherite, they are unbreakable, so you can put one in your dispenser and leave it forever. Perfect, no more massive hopper chains for refilling shears. These tools should have the same functionality as their regular shear and flint and steel counterparts.
