Netherite Crafts

allows you to craft netherite tools and armor (prolly been done before)
Bassically it just adds recipes to netherite tools and armor as of 1.21.8
Allows users to craft armor and tools with netherite ingots like you would a normal armor piece or tool.
This makes it so that you dont need to spend diamonds on a tool or armor piece, as well as making it so that you don't need an upgrade trim.
