Adds three new Nether biomes and two new End biomes, new ores, and two full gear tiers between iron/diamond and beyond netherite.
Netherend Expansion is a Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.11 that adds new biomes, ores, and two full gear tiers to the Nether and the End.
Nether — 3 new biomes
- Ashen Wastes — pale, ash-choked flats with falling ash particles
- Pyrite Caverns — damp, crystal-lined caves
- Scorched Barrens — hot, dry obsidian-pooled wastes
The End — 2 new biomes
- Void Gardens — chorus-plant-dotted alien turf, joins the "highlands" island pool
- Crystalline Expanse — end stone spires laced with void crystal

Ashen Netherrack, Cinder Ore, Ash Block, Pyrite Crystal Block, Scorched Basalt, Void End Stone, Void Shard Ore, Void Crystal Block, Void Grass Block
Gear progression
- Mine Cinder Ore in any of the three Nether biomes, smelt Raw Cinder into Cinder Ingots, and craft the Cinderforged tool and armor set — it sits between iron and diamond.
- Mine Void Shard Ore in either End biome for Void Shards, duplicate a Void Smithing Template with shards and a diamond, then upgrade Netherite gear at a smithing table into the Voidforged set — strictly better than Netherite.
