Update:

• Updated the creative options, when building maps in creative the sounds and hurt would always play, so now added a check if user is in creative the hurt and sounds no longer play for the creative staff member/user building there maps/worlds.

Fixed:

• c:tag for skulls missing again from upgrade table.

Notes:

• This fix and update as been pushed back to 1.21.1 all the way to 26.1.2
