What's new

- Added an advancement for escaping the Nether.

- Added 2 advancements for beating monsters (5 Wither Skeletons, a Wither) before leaving the Nether.

- Added a bedrock roof on top of the spawning location so that lava can't hurt the player immediately after spawning.

- All spawning mechanics reworked to have better consistancy over client-server and to work better in general.

- Fixed Overworld spawning mechanics, should correctly spawn you and move you to the Overworld after escaping.
