Nether Wart Block Utils

This mod makes the Nether Wart Block slightly more useful.

The Nether Wart Block is a very boring block first introduced to Minecraft in version 1.10. They can be crafted with 9 Nether Wart in a grid, but are still very useless as they cannot be crafted back into individual Nether Warts. Since they don't naturally generate, and are purely decorative, this block sees no action in an average Minecrafter's world- what a waste of an id slot! Not to mention, Nether Warts have much more useful purposes (Such as potions). This mod sets out to rectify this issue.

This is what the mod does:

It allows Nether Wart Blocks to spawn naturally in the nether, outside of fortresses.

It also gives the player an ability to craft them back into 9 Nether Wart.
