+ Added Config Option for disabling block & item recipes
- Removed sponge recipe
- Moved Water Fountain, stone & wood buckets, cactus grabber, stone & obsidian door and varous othe things to Chaust mod
- Removed RF Hammer (maybe temporarily)
* Bonfire now sets the players spawnpoint to its own position
* Wood & stone Demon Water buckets now are only available if Chaust mod is loaded
