Nether Survival Improvement Mod (NSI)

What's new:

Inconvenient "Recipes" folder replaced by a functioning recipe book. Recipes are added upon entering the nether. 

NOTE: In pre-existing worlds started on a previous version of the mod, you must exit and re-enter the nether in order to get the recipes. In example, if you have started a playthrough on the version 1.2 of the mod, and update to 1.3, you must leave the nether and come back to unlock the recipes.
