Vanilla + Nether Dungeon Content Mod. V-1.0.0 for Minecraft 1.21.1
Entities:
Hexan Guard - Spawn with a random weapon set & armour. 4 variants: leader, melee, ranged, grenadier.
Wither Skeleton Horse - Bigger, faster and stronger than the standard skeleton horse. Reduced fall damage, immune to fire, poison and the wither effect, a worthy steed in the nether. Tamable using bonemeal, charcoal or coal. Spawns in the nether wastes.
Wither Skeleton Horse Jockey - Zealous withered cavalry adorned with charred leather armour made from the flayed living they hunt. Spawns in the nether wastes.
Hexed Zombie Horse - Tamable undead horse of the nether. Rarely found roaming the crimson forests. Tamed using rotten flesh.
Hexed Zombie Horse Jockey - Skeleton warrior light cavalry that patrol the soul sand valleys.
Guard Zombie Horse Jockey - Hexan Guard heavy cavalry that patrol the nether wastes.
Decayed Zombified Piglin - Advanced stage of aggressive zombification that infects vanilla piglins over time. Spawns in the nether wastes.
Gargoyle Possessed - Neutral entity with a damage bonus against zombies and creepers. Found roaming the basalt deltas. Tamable with rotten flesh, phantom membrane or fermented spider eye.
Structures:
Hexed Watch Tower - 12 Different nbt’s assembled randomly using jigsaws making each unique. Generates in nether wastes, soul sand valley, crimson forest.
Hexed Outpost - Fortified outpost and netherwart plot. Generates in nether wastes, soul sand valley, crimson forest.
Hexed Prison - Where humans were held from the overworld wars. Generates in nether wastes, soul sand valley, crimson forest.
Hexed Greed Mines - Extensive mining networks now in ruins. Includes secret buried hallways on the lowest level. Generates in nether wastes, soul sand valley, crimson forest, basalt deltas.
Nether Lookout - Generates above level 64, embedded into terrain. Generates in nether wastes, soul sand valley, crimson forest, basalt deltas.
Nether Bullion Temple - Generates above 64, a strange temple protecting gold. Generates in nether wastes, soul sand valley, crimson forest, basalt deltas.
Nether Ironclad - Hexan iron plate block hull warship. Generates in lava ocean within nether wastes, soul sand valley, crimson forest, basalt deltas.
Nether Tower of Red Sun - A rare tall tower full of mysteries. Generates in nether wastes, soul sand valley, crimson forest.
Crimson Mother Fungus - Colossal crimson fungus. Generates in crimson forest.
Warped Mother Fungus - Tall ancient warped fungus. Generates in warped forest.
Volcan Pit - Structure of unknown origin or purpose. Generates in basalt deltas.
Items:
Netherite Oxide - Netherite dust from decayed old world items. Can be smelted into a netherite fragment. 4 Fragments craft a bundle, 6 bundles craft 1 netherite scrap.
Militus Alloy - Used to craft militus armor or gilded bricks of lost time.
Militus Armour - Between iron and chainmail in specs, craftable using militus alloy ingots using standard armour shape recipes.
Imperial Coins - Gold coins from the old empire can be smelted into gold nuggets.
Iron Clump - Gained after smelting iron plate blocks, crafts into 4 iron nuggets.
Nether Portal Orb - Generates a nether portal when thrown onto a flat surface.
Poison Gas Source - Releases deadly gas cloud.
Blocks:
Iron Plate Block - Craft using 4 iron nuggets around a crimson plank. Can be smelted into an iron clump.
Eternal Light - Can be found as loot but not crafted, drops glowstone.
Blackstone Firestand - Decorative soft light block.
Gargoyles - Decorative blocks sculpted by unknown artisans. Can't be crafted by humans. Can be found, need at least a stone pick for rock types, iron for gold, diamond for obsidian.
Gilded Bricks of Lost Time - Craftable reinforced nether bricks resistant to mining and explosions.
Mushrooms:
Masoniae Mushroom - Grows on bone, nutritious & regenerates health. Induces weakness and slow mining. Rarely found on nether fossils.
Lingzhi Mushroom - Nutritional bracket fungus found on mother fungus structures.
Soul Glow Mushroom - Induces night vision for 6 minutes luck for 2 minutes with mild initial nausea. Slow spreading, rarely found on soul soil near nether fossils.
Configuration:
1.21.1 Config simplified.
Set each structure spawn true/false.
True/false for each mod entity to spawn naturally in vanilla nether biomes.

Decayed Zombified Piglin Event
Decayed Zombified Piglin is aggressive by default. Attacking angers Vanilla Zombified Piglins
Decay progression is linear and unavoidable once triggered
Vanilla Piglins begin converting to Vanilla Zombified Piglins after being attacked by decayed
Vanilla Zombified Piglins only decay when in proximity to decayed zombified piglins
No recovery or cleansing mechanics exist by design
To remove mechanic, disable Decayed Zombified Piglin world spawn in config
