• removed Blackstone Gold Ore from creative tab and worldgen (may be fully removed later - consider using a mod like Block Swap to replace it with Blackstone)
• added Blackstone Diamond Ore (can primarily be found in Basalt Deltas at any height, and very rarely in other biomes below Y=32)
• added recipes for blasting and smelting Tungsten Horse Armor into nuggets
• added Create crushing recipe for Tungsten Horse Armor
• made Ignite and some tungsten items appear in Nether Fortress and Bastion chests
• gold armor now has 15% Magic Resistance per piece (configurable, disabled by default)
