NEST Core 0.3.0-beta.1

Compared with 0.2.3-beta.1, this NEST companion update adds the pale, freely pannable fixed-size quest canvas, product-atlas support, expanded three-language quest resources and mod-name-aware description wrapping.

Includes targeted fixes for feeding-trough synchronization, selected cooking heat/capacity rules, Polymorph/Visual Workbench synchronization, resistance brewing, Fruitful Fun/Lychee ritual handling, legacy livestock hive releases, Quark/Sophisticated inventory sorting, Bountiful XP generation and delivery allocation, and Domestication Innovation/Citadel pet commands.

Pinned to the versions shipped in NEST 0.2.0-beta.3. Existing compatibility and language-routing hooks are retained. Single-client native regression evidence is available, but complete survival, physical-input and two-client acceptance remain pending. No performance improvement is claimed.
