Companion update for NEST 0.1.0-beta.1 (Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge, Java 17).

  • Separate quest language from the selected game language: English quests outside Traditional/Simplified Chinese, while preserving other available interface translations and right-to-left text.
  • Localized chapter artwork and quest layout integration.
  • Retains targeted startup/resource compatibility fixes.
