Fixed

  • Forge creative-tab crash (Registry Object not present: nerolandcore:nero_alloy_block). Provider creation and deferred-register attachment now share a lock, preventing parallel mod constructors from losing registrations in the shared queue. Applied the same fix on NeoForge. Failed attachments remain pending instead of being marked as attached.
