NeoSync

Inspired by the original Sync mod, NeoSync lets you clone yourself into shells each with its own inventory, XP, and gamemode and swap minds between them across time and space.

What's new

NeoSync 1.3.0

Adds two new blocks that run without any power.

The Zero Point Shell Constructor needs no energy and builds new shells instantly. Getting a sample still hurts.

The Zero Point Shell Storage needs no redstone or energy, and shells stored inside never break down. Its doors open on their own when you walk up to it. It has cyan trim so you can tell it apart from the regular one.

Craft either one by combining the regular block with a Nether Star.

Server admins can now give a player a respawn anchor anywhere with the anchor command, no Shell Storage needed. Syncing to it always creates a fresh clone with an empty inventory.

NeoSync is now translated into Simplified Chinese, contributed by moqyng.

Fixes

Curios no longer follow you between shells. Rings, belts, charms and anything else in a Curios slot now belong to the body wearing them, cosmetic slots included. What you had equipped stays with the shell you left behind, and you arrive wearing whatever the new one had on. A shell in storage holds onto its trinkets until you come back for them, and drops them if the storage gets broken.

A shell waiting in a Shell Storage now wears its curios where you can see them, the same way they look on a player, so you can tell your bodies apart at a glance.

Syncing to a shell in another dimension no longer strips the outer layer off your skin. Hair, hats, jackets and sleeves now stay on when you arrive, instead of leaving you in just the base layer until you changed a skin setting. Reported in issue #4099.

Syncing out from a Shell Storage on a Sable airship works again. Depending on where the block sat on the ship, the game would refuse with "The sync process cannot be started at the current location" even though you were standing right at it. Reported in issue #3.

Syncing back to a shell on an airship now puts you on the ship instead of where the ship used to be. Shells stored on a Sable construction remember where they sit on the vessel, so it no longer matters how far it has sailed while you were away. Arriving also settles you onto the deck over the next couple of seconds rather than dropping you through it.
