Salmon, Safe net, and cod can be placed on walls now.

More creative tabs are added for a better organization of the mod's content

Pillager structures were improved for better integration with the terrain, and most of them only spawn in the battlefield biome.

Trees will not spawn in the battlefield biome for a more desolate environment
