NeoBox Components is a lightweight utility mod made for the NeoBox hard modpack. It adds custom progression components (for example neobox:industrial_frame) that act as tech-tree milestones and make it easy to link multiple tech mods together through recipe gating.
The goal is simple: no “rush one mod → instant endgame.”
Instead, progression becomes a clear chain such as:
Create + Immersive Engineering → Thermal → Applied Energistics 2 → Ender IO → (late game)

This mod does not change recipes by itself.
It provides the items you can use as “bridge components” to gate key milestones (machine frames, AE2 core blocks, conduits, wireless tech, etc.) using:

Custom datapack recipes
Minecraft 1.20.1
Forge / NeoForge (adjust to your loader)
Recommended tech mods: Create, Immersive Engineering, Thermal Series, Applied Energistics 2, Ender IO
Use these components as milestone ingredients to gate only the important nodes (core blocks and infrastructure) instead of every single recipe. You’ll get a much harder, more connected progression without turning the pack into pure grind.
