NELSON BOSS 
Nelson has 1000, with 2 phases(second phase at half health). He will get progressively more aggresive. Once you kill him you get 2 special items.

Nelson's Green Tea and the Nelson Music disc(Nelson's Boss Theme) 

Nelson Dimension Portal activated by using a Nelson's Green Tea in a portal frame made out of Premium Nelson Point Blocks 

Nelson Wasteland Dimension filled with Neslons, Coarse dirt, Brown Mushrooms, and Nelson Blocks
