finally made necro-spores reduce the time of the growing effect if you aleady have it, they'll reduce 10 seconds
fixed a bug that made the germ stage give the encros crazy armor points
fixed a bug that made the growing effect crash the game
added a cooldown where the necros cant lose points after the stage changes, (thsi can be configured in teh config)
necro rooted wolfs, endermans and vindicators dont spawn naturally anymore
the poison cloud effect some necros spawn on death will now spawn on the position of teh necro instead of the killers
now the herzikfart wont be able to get beneficial effects from other mods just from minecraft
