What's new

Added dependence of gamerules:
"canNecoMultiply" (default 'true') and "mobGriefing"

Deleted structures, dimension and biomes, because it have issues with other mods in modpacks. And, to be honest, dimensoins was very bugy. This is why this version is called "lite".
