What's new

Hotfix for QMD v1.6!

QMD changed NSC heater registration method from registerVaccuumChamberHeater to registerVacuumChamberHeater, which broke their registration in the mod :P

In addition, I also multiplied NSC heater cooling values by x1,000 because I forgot to do that several updates ago when QMD had its great rebalance.
