Added a new vehicle type: the Dirt Bike;
Added support for changing vehicle paint, 16 colors each;
Vehicles can now be shift-left-clicked to be converted into items, with all stats and colors saved;
New materials, Latex and Rubber;
New crafting items, Small Wheel and Big Wheel;
New recipes for kart and bike;
WIP decoration: Small Cone (creative only);
WIP block, Vehicle Lift (creative only);
Speedometer now uses m/s as measuring unit.
Tweaked the handling model to better support offroad stat.
