Modded Studio License Agreement

1. Introduction

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Turgyn/Modded Studio for the use of the Minecraft Modded Studio software and associated documentation (the "Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The User may modify and create derivative works of the Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

The User shall not:

• Distribute, sell, lease, or rent the Software or any derivative works.
• Use the Software for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to generating revenue from Minecraft servers, without prior written consent from the Licensor.
• Use the Software to host or participate in Minecraft servers where any form of payment, donation, or monetary exchange is involved.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.

4. Permitted Uses

The User is permitted to use the Software for personal enjoyment and to play Minecraft with friends, provided that such use is non-commercial and does not involve any form of payment or monetary exchange.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

6. User Contributions

If the User provides any feedback, suggestions, or modifications to the Licensor, the User grants the Licensor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and distribute such User Contributions in the Software or any future modifications.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession or control.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

12. Amendments

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any such modifications will be effective upon posting on the Licensor's website or upon notification to the User. The User's continued use of the Software following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
