1. Usage

You may use the compiled mod (.jar) on private or public Minecraft servers only if **absolutely no form of monetization** occurs.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Real-money payments (for ranks, items, spawns, cosmetics, events, etc.)
- Donation models tied to in-game advantages or exclusive access
- Lootboxes, crates, or any form of chance-based rewards
- Pay-to-win mechanics or exclusive content tied to payment
- Even indirect or third-party shop sales affecting gameplay

Any server engaging in any of the above is **strictly forbidden** from using this mod.

2. Assets

All sprites and visual assets were commissioned by Leon Rudolph and © Leon Rudolph.  
They are inspired by Pokémon items but are original designs.  
**They must not be extracted, reused, modified, or redistributed** outside this mod without explicit permission.
