Mythic Weaponry is a mod that enhances player combat through adding new weapons, each with special characteristics and features tuned to each weapon. These range from changing the way movement works, to applying both Minecraft and custom potion effects, including gaining hearts. There a multitude of custom enchantments that can be used with certain tools, implemented in a way that feels balanced but interesting, drastically changing your fighting style.

This project is not currently finished, please leave suggestions for new

weapons in the comments as well as any balancing issues you may think

there are. Do not be disappointed if your feature does not make it

into the mod straight away, I may be making it already but have not

released it.

It is recommended to use this mod alongside Lootify (or any other mod that allows you to alter loot tables) so that you may implement the weapons into current loot tables e.g. To find a Poison Dagger in a Jungle Temple.

These are all the current weapons added as of now:

Withering Scythe - A scythe that applies the Wither potion effect to players/entities upon hitting them. Also has the enchantment Reaping (there are two levels) that grants you one/two extra hearts upon hitting an enemy (does not stack) and takes away one/two hearts from the player/entity you hit (does not stack).

Arcblade - A sword that applies a new custom potion effect; Stun, that reduces speed, attack speed, attack damage and also deals 1 damage every second to any players/entities you hit. If you have the enchantment Overcharge you will be able to strike lightning at where you are looking (limited range) and a cooldown will then be applied.

Tempest Spear - A spear (not throwable) that once right-clicked will launch the player a few blocks into the air. If you have the enchantment Airstep, when you fall Slow Falling is applied so you do not take fall damage.

Poison Dagger - A dagger with a high attack speed that applies Poison upon hitting a player/entity.
