Mystical Altar Ghost Fix

The problem

When you place an Infusion Altar or an Awakening Altar, Mystical Agriculture draws transparent "ghost" pedestals (and essence vessels) where the missing ones should go. It's meant as a placement guide.

But these ghosts are drawn through walls and from any distance, all the time, until every pedestal is placed. Walk past your base and you see floating pedestals behind your walls, floors and ceilings. Mystical Agriculture has no config option to turn them off.

The fix

• Ghosts are hidden by default. No more pedestals floating through your walls.
• They come back when you need them: hold an Infusion Pedestal, an Awakening Pedestal or an Essence Vessel in either hand and the ghosts appear again, so you still know where to place them.
• Works for both the Infusion Altar and the Awakening Altar.
• Nothing else changes: altars, pedestals, crafting and the altar's own rendering work exactly as before.

It doesn't modify Mystical Agriculture's jar: it hooks into it at runtime.

Installation

• Client only. Put the jar in the mods folder of each player. Nothing to install on the server.
• Requires NeoForge 21.1.x for Minecraft 1.21.1 and Mystical Agriculture 8.x.
• Without Mystical Agriculture, the mod does nothing.
• No config.
