Changes:

- Added Apatite seeds

- Added an alternative Saltpeter Essence recipe for Niter

- Added a config option to disable creating Essence Farmland by right clicking with an essence

- Added ConnectedTexturesMod support for Soul Glass and Witherproof Glass

- Rebalanced the enchantability values for Essence Tools/Armor

- Made Essence Infused Farmland work properly with Silk Touch enchanted tools

- Fixed the Infusion Altar/Seed Reprocessor not properly handling recipe output items (this should theoretically fix the weird issues with recipe outputs disappearing)

- Fixed Infusion/Reprocessor recipes not showing up in JEI in some cases (in multiplayer)

- Fixed blocks not having proper tool requirements for harvesting

- Fixed not being able to open containers while holding a watering can

- Fixed Essence Watering Cans toggling auto-watering while looking at a block
