Mystcraft

[Teleport] Mystcraft now uses the vanilla Entity.changeDimension function when linking between dimensions
               This should improve mod interplay and allow entities to use their custom teleport code
[Teleport] Mystcraft should do a more robust job of teleporting mount/rider configurations

[Advancements] Add advancement for traveling to a Mystcraft dimension while carrying a linking book
[Advancements] Improve structuring; hide non-advancements
