My Heroes Ability Mod

Adds a flying Steve (harmless as a bat) and a Dispenser Man (shoots arrows from its chest)

I give the correct name to the lapis and steel item 

I still haven't got around to fixing the portal texture, if anyone knows how to do that, tell me please.
