What's new

[Added]
- Added Infinity II enchantment tier: now applies the infinite arrow effect to any arrow type (tipped, spectral, etc.).
- Added Mending III and Mending IV enchantment tiers.
- Added decorative and enchanted books to general loot tables.
- Added decorative book drops to Witch mob loot tables.

[Fixed]
- Fixed block drop issue when breaking/mining the MEP Enchanting Table.
