Stop settling for the same 13 vanilla discs. MuusicMod is a dynamic Forge mod that lets you add your own custom music discs simply by dropping audio files into a folder.
How to add your music:

Run the mod once to generate the folders.

Go to your Minecraft folder and find
/config/muusicmod/tracks. -
Drop your files inside. (Accepts
.ogg mono audio only) -
Restart the game. The mod automatically generates the items, textures, and sounds for you!
