Welcome to Munkeys Mob Invasions, an exciting mod designed to challenge players with random waves of hostile mobs! This mod adds a thrilling twist to your Minecraft gameplay by periodically spawning mobs like zombies, skeletons, pillagers, and more, around random players, creating unexpected and intense encounters.

Key Features

Random Mob Attacks: Periodically, the mod will spawn waves of hostile mobs around random players in the game, keeping the gameplay exciting and unpredictable. Mobs like zombies, skeletons, creepers, and more can appear, with varying group sizes and difficulty levels.
Invasion Timer: The mod features a customizable timer for invasions, allowing server owners to set both minimum and maximum invasion intervals. The interval can be adjusted for more frequent or rare invasions to fit the gameplay style.
Player Targeting: Invasions target random players, spawning mobs near them and ensuring that everyone gets a fair chance to face the challenge. The mob count is randomized for each invasion, making each event unique.
Easy Command Control: Server owners have full control over the invasions with simple in-game commands. They can start, stop, and configure invasion intervals and other settings with ease.

How It Works

The mod uses an invasion timer to keep track of when the next mob invasion will happen. The interval between invasions can be configured to any duration within a specified range. Once the timer reaches the set interval, a random player is selected and mobs are spawned around them within a defined radius. The number of mobs is randomized, and the mobs spawned can range from zombies to more dangerous creatures like pillagers, ravagers, and even ghasts.

Commands

Start Invasion:

/invasions start <player> – Starts an invasion targeting a specific player. If no player is specified, a random player is selected.

Start Random Invasion:

/invasions start – Starts an invasion targeting a random player from the server.

Stop Invasion:

/invasions stop – Immediately stops the current invasion.

Set Invasion Interval:

/invasions config interval min <ticks> – Sets the minimum interval between invasions in ticks (default: 24000).
/invasions config interval max <ticks> – Sets the maximum interval between invasions in ticks (default: 96000).

Set Mob Count:

/invasions config mobs min <count> – Sets the minimum number of mobs to spawn per invasion.
/invasions config mobs max <count> – Sets the maximum number of mobs to spawn per invasion.

Set Spawn Radius:

/invasions config radius <blocks> – Sets the radius around the targeted player where mobs will spawn.
