What's new
- Added a new type of tool, the UniversalTool.
- It's like an hoe and a paxel combined together.
- It works exactly like a paxel however you can use it to create farmland.
- It is craftable with vanilla materials and many other metals also included within Substratum!
It might or might not work with Java 7. I have not tested it yet.
